This beautiful beaded lace gown was designed and made for a lovely bride from Lake Hāwea as an expression of her love for her country lifestyle. The dress was designed to showcase her beautiful bright blue cowboy boots she wore on her wedding day so a centre front split adorn with soft ivory fringing was incorporated into the look which moved poetically as she walked down the aisle to her loving husband.
A nude silk satin was used to underline the dress and accentuate the intricacy of the lace detailing and sculptural pattern work, which was well considered when cut and hand sewn into place. Many hours of craftsmanship were poured into the making of this dress and every detail was well considered and presented to the bride for approval. Lace was intentionally positioned around the gowns neckline and a small fluter sleeve was created and finished with an embroidered scalloped edge. The hem of the dress also features the same embroidered scalloped edge.
A matching lace jacket with lace fringing was also made for this look which can be purchased separately.
The bride also had a custom made corseted bodysuit constructed to wear under this dress to accentuate and sculpt specific areas of her body. This undergarment she can keep for ever to wear under any other dresses or gowns or as a fashionable layering piece under sheer blouses.
